My undiagnosed yet apparent ADD

I have never been diagnosed with any mental illness but lately I feel like I lack attention and focus. I am doing so many things at once that nothing’s getting done. I don’t feel like I’m starting and stopping a lot o things but maybe that’s part of the problem.

Just now, I went into the kitchen for unknown reasons (see) I don’t know why I went in the freezer either, but there I was. I saw cookies in the freezer and thought, I should just bake these prepackaged things already. I took out the cookies brought them to the counter near the oven, saw the coffee pot and decided to make coffee. I took the filter hold and pot to the sink rinsed both and fill the pot with water. I then poured the water in its place, placed the filter back and added the paper filter. The next thing I did was walked over to a bar stood near the window and sprayed and cleaned the seat because it looked like it had something on it. From there I went into the junk drawer and got out window/glass paint and an extra charger. I found the liquid cement in the drawer that I keep most tools in the pantry and for some reason I found my perfume there too. When I went and sat back down with my son I realized that I didn’t make the coffee, back or start to bake the cookies, fix the thing I meant to fix with the liquid cement that popped in my head and had no idea what glass I wanted to paint.

This post reads just as my mind thinks, unfocused and off task.
