Ask and ye shall receive

Just the other day I was telling a co-worker that I was getting kind of bored and nothing exciting was going on in my world. Today while ill waiting for the time to pass so that I could head to work, my phone went and and it was Paul. How’s that for excitement? Not do much in a good way, I mean he did so many things to me that were hurtful. It seems like once a month I get a random text message from him and we usual argue for a day or so and then he vanishes for a month. This time I was ready to play the game with him. I did ask for something to be different and interesting. He says how much he loves and misses me, how he misses talking to me and looking at me. He says so very much but I’m ready this time. It’s time to revert, this is not necessarily a good thing but hey, he continues to do this to me. I’m sure it will end the same, he is just not the person I met almost 3 years ago. I wonder if he will actually stick around or not. My gut says no.
