Any thoughts

The wind blows about an icy cold mist.

It is hard to see through the darkness of night

much like this life, shrouded with twists

It’s often hard to decide what is right.

I can hardly wait for this life to begin.

Where do I find the words I need

to express how I feel within?

Once found, now lost, how does a lost soul proceed?

I wait amongst all in the wind

Heavy, weighed down, trapped, stuck

Left alone, hoping this solidarity would end

Wondering what has happened to my luck

Found, lost, replaced and rewind

How many times I have been left behind.
