Living life and noticing change

I finally noticed what a great change that I have gone through. In large part this change is or was a gift from Paul. I don’t know if that was his intention or if this was the sole reason that he was sent into my life. We used to talk night after night, while we were together, about me, my life, my struggles, and about him, his life and the changes he made toward happiness. These things at the time just seemed like bonding moments, and for the most part, they were. These talks also helped to break down walls that I held on to so tight and so high. These walls crumbled and I rebuilt them and we continued to cycle through them. He would point out the softening of my face when he made a breakthrough it was for sure a psychoanalytical process. I am now less angry, more open and have released all the sheltered little girl things that I once hid behind. I am free.
