Day 1


I’ve made out the check and put it in the box, there is no turning back now. The only thing left to do is prepare for the physical pat of the exam.

I only have twenty or do days to get into the best shape of my life. I have decided to set my target at the male physical requirement and that means 40 situps in a minute, 33 pushups, benching 138 which is 1.06 of my body weight and running 1.5 mile is a little more than 11 minutes.

This morning I want to see how many situps and pushups.
I can do 30 situps in a minute.
I can do 20 pushups.
That is my base. I will work my ass off to reach this goal
